Verified Members: Users may undergo biometric and ID verification (via SumSub). Verification is valid for six months, after which re-verification is required to maintain the "Verified" status.
Luxury Love Dating operates on a "pay-per-action" model. Credits are used to access specific features. By using these features, you authorize the following deductions:

Refunds are only processed for Credits purchased through our payment gateways that remain entirely unused. All refund requests must be submitted and processed within two (2) months of the purchase date. Credits issued as gifts or bonuses are non-refundable.
Gifts: If you purchase a physical gift for another member, we guarantee delivery within one (1) month, subject to international shipping and local availability.

Our services are for personal use by private individuals only. Organizations, businesses, or entities may not become members. You may not use automated bots, scrapers, or fake identities. If we suspect your account is automated or commercial, we will terminate your membership without a refund.
We may terminate your registration at any time, with or without notice, for violation of this agreement. If your account is terminated due to a breach of conduct (harassment, prohibited content, etc.), you will not be entitled to a refund of any unused credits.
Luxury Love Dating provides the platform "as-is." We do not guarantee the accuracy of member profiles or the success of any romantic connections. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of the service or your interactions with other members, whether online or offline.
